The Double Positive That Happens at 17.0 and 17 1/2 yo

FICO credit score preparation is innovative.

I am part of a generation of entrepreneurs who did SAT prep as our first business. At the time, studying for, and acing SAT’s was magic sorcery. Tech founders who sold test prep set services include James Guitierrez, Travis Kalanik and me, CEO of Duck9, Larry

“At 17 yo, you can start building your credit reports but not be held liable for legal contracts, you enter. A double positive”
@LarryChiang

At 17 yo, you can start building your credit reports from Experian, Trans Union and Equifax. But not be held liable for legal contracts, you enter. A double positive.

Positive number one: your credit reports start tradelines
Positive #2: By the time you’re 18 and fully legal, you will have 3-10 on time payments, on-time.

You’re aiming for a number that is incredibly specific. #FICO748pt8. Write it down on your financial journal. Also known as a scrapbook.

American Express requires a #FICO748pt8. 748.8 also reminds you that even Stanford trained and Stanford Law School practicing lawyers have a tough time understanding credit laws and credit rules.
