Someone has been trimming the trees in front of xxxx, AT NIGHT, without the approval of the homeowner or the HOA. 

We assume that no resident would behave in such a way, as we assume that all residents of

understand that trimming of landscaping in front of any residence must be approved by the homeowner and the HOA Board of Directors.
