The Cash. Who holds it.

by Larry Chiang on July 22, 2014

By Larry Chiang

Money. It is what they used to not stress in engineering school.

The Cash. Who holds it. How you can get more revenue.

Lets hack. Lets break into the brain of a person who holds money and Vulcan mind-meld-Obi Wan Kenobi-Jedi-mind-trick them into doing a deal.

The Mindset.

First of all, the people that hold it simply do not trust. They don’t trust new providers. They do not trust big brands. The rich definitely do not trust five undergrad founders at the local P.A.C.C. (Palo Alto Community College 😉

Lets solve your wanting revenue step-wise. It’ll transition them from the crap providers that they know they need to leave.

Helping reduce risk for your customer-client.

Risk.
Risk Mitigation.
Risk Minimization.
Risk Elimination

#RMRMRE = Risk Mitigation, Risk Minimization, Risk Elimination

Cash validates.

In the lean startup method, Eric Ries and Steven Blank wave their hand at the specter of getting revenue.
No need
No trust.

Lets say you determine need or have a hypothesis of potential need.

Now you are faced with NO TRUST.
This is where I DJ a hashtag you glossed over IN THE ABOVE VIDEO, #RMRMRE ( = Risk Mitigation, Risk Minimization, Risk Elimination) with three exact sales answers that “reduce sales friction”

CASH revenue + #ENGR145 move you to the right on the entrepreneur bell curve
Is a bit ly I memorized that links to
In my next post, I’ll talk about selling something you didn’t code up at a Yoga conference in SF before SXSW. This way, you will win SXSW and then later win SXSW again
I’ll call it “SXSW, Yoga Jounal, Jivamukti, Cash, SELF-fund SXSW”
