Does this BMW 7 series look like it is only worth $2,875?
State Farm's senior claims officer, Ellen Mason, thinks offering a very low ball settlement is fair event though their at-fault party (Dao Zhao) was clearly in the wrong
StateFarm refuses to fix the real damages totalling over $27,000. State Farm methodically, calculated in a pre-programmed fashion when they would tell me bad news to put me in the worse possible negotiating position.
For example, on the 38th day, they called me with a very low offer to settle. (Legally, they have a maximum of 40 days. Also, they called so that there is nothing in writing.)
Another example is the delay tactic where they threatened legal action in a countersuit even though the police report (CHP #091200512) clearly cited the at-fault party.
Just like in life, if State Farm doesn't pay, I Larry Chiang, will pay.
