Because if you're lending or borrowing money you want to be sure the people you're dealing with are honest and decent and reliable. It's not a CD or a video you're lending - it's money after all.

That's why we have a strict but necessary set of criteria to determine who can become a Duck9 member and who can't.

We insist that members don't have high levels of unsecured debts, previous debt defaults, maxed credit card then we're afraid you can't join either. Sorry.
