Thank you for calling Camden Rainey Street your home! 

As you are aware, the first 2 floors of the parking garage are Paid Parking through Metropolis. We wanted to ensure you were aware how this operates to avoid you or your guests receiving parking tickets from Metropolis. 

Once you drive through the garage entrance, there is a camera that picks up the license plate and that vehicle has a 15-minute window to do one of the following:

1.) Drive through the resident gate located on the 3rd floor
2.) Validate parking through our Leasing Office (3 free hours)
3.) Pay through the Metropolis App

If you fail to do one of these options, that vehicle will receive a parking ticket in the mail from Metropolis. 

These spaces are not for guest or resident parking. Our resident parking is past our gate located on the 3rd floor, and guest parking is located on the top floor of the parking garage. 

If you have delivery to the community-please be sure to communicate to the delivery driver not to park on the first 2 floors, or if they are parking there to get their parking validated by our Leasing Office. We are more than happy to validate parking your deliveries. 

We are counting on you to please pass this information along to your guests since we are no longer able to send Metropolis tickets to be waived.
