Freshman year you lack the chops so if you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re being strategic&#8230;, a sales internship after Frosh year is perfect&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Tech sales helps you practice versus getting lectured at by a multi billionaire who does not break down how stuff really works.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; selling is hyper unpopular to even address. Stanford engineering skipped the D, distribution class in its seminal \u00e2\u20ac\u0153cs 183\u00e2\u20ac\u009d series that Peter Thiel started. Distribution as in sales distribution. Lec 5 of #cs183b is the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcForward Deployed Engineer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 aka a salesperson with an engineering degree you physically park at a prospects facility.
