If someone out there can find out of JNL Series Trust is a Unit Investment Trust.. I think I can prove that some broker dealers \/hedgefunds are preparing for bankruptcy.<\/p>\n

I’ve been looking but could only find a doc from 2012 where they switched certain accounts to UIT.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Wait.. so the first ever company to create a UIT was none other than M&G.. who is Prudential.. who bought JNL in the 80s.. the same year salomom bought WTC7 and did bond scandals…where Gary Genslers brother worked.. where Buffett worked…<\/div>\n

Getting closer. The hypothesis is that if they’re a UIT.. it means they’re holding their main positions with JNL to safekeep as they are preparing for bankruptcy.<\/p>\n

It’d be bullish af if that were the case and gme was included as it’s “list of top constituents”<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Bingo. JNl series trust is “separate account IV” which is registered as a Unit Investment Trust. <\/p>\n
