When a franchise gets jettisoned off campus due to whatever, this gets students at other schools in the mix<\/div>\n

For example “Summit at Stanford” was banished to Santa Clara University. It was a perfect 3-day $3000 conference that Stanford undergrads could go to for free. And display and demo products they created in ENGR 145.<\/div>\n

I took that class 4x because I just couldn’t master it (and still can’t. But heck. I see entrepreneurship as a practice versus a perfection). Because of the invitation by STVP and MS&E, I was able to learn<\/div>\n

Having gone through the Aresty Executive Education program (back when Wharton had revenue requirements for execs), I had to sit amongst undergrads.<\/span><\/div>\n

It was humbling to learn in a class of people born as young as 1999. I set my small ego aside and elbowed my way past their diminutive frame to sit in the front row. It is where the first chair of entrepreneurship sits. <\/span><\/div>\n
