Note: Stanford mens basketball plays Michigan Dec 21

AGENDA FOR CALL AND PRE CALL PREP

-1- read about my previous “exploits” at sxsw with undergrads / recent grads

I should be all over The Google

-2- don’t ask me how I make money. I’m super rich and super douchie = bad news

Good news= someone some few will get to the next, next level by going from [michigan engineer] ~>> founder that launched

I’ll never ask u for money when I make you money. If you sell a company by sxsw 2015, all I ask is to send me a box of cookies and a note. I post those trophies on my Facebook wall

Most entrepreneurs get validation here with rounds and rounds of VC

My mentor taught me to self effen fund

-3- homework: Please google who my mentor is

He helped me as an undergarments engineer

Err undergrad engineer. Darn you autocorrect!!

-4- Back to Boxes of Cookies

When you sell, you’re rich

When you learn to consultatively sell in a mentorshippy method as an engineer, great things happen

I coach helping engineers doing simple sales and distribution hacking

My mentor gets growth hacking distribution super good. He taught me to get distribution and get paid while you’re getting distribution

It’s like Sean Ellis, growth hacking 5.0, 5.3, 1.0, Growth Hacking 7.0, Growth Hacking 0.2 (seriously)

-5- Box of Cookies as a Trophy

I wanna know you know what my mentor knows and taught me

Me and my shitake-eating grin is all over the Facebook photo album

-6- RSVP for the call by tweeting “#LarryChiangSonar”

Think of yourselves as vessels navigating the deep seas in submarines. News flash: the canyons underwater have been mapped.

Use sonar to ping your position

I did a groundbreaking MIT lecture that got me a teaching gig at my community’s college. The ground breaking lecture was called, “Is a FedEx package smarter than a Stanford CS major”

Lol, I live in Palo Alto in University Ave. my comm college is of course Stanfurdh.

Q: Gosh you’re weird Larry Chiang

Answer: I’m Asian from the Midwest town of Naperville

Another dude from Illinois moved me out to Silicon Valley – it’s so easy here for a Midwestern engineer

Question: How’d you become so popular even though I don’t know if you’re even successful

Answer: Kids when you get mega rich, I recommend you lie about how rich u are and sandbag how rich you are. My Chinese father said: “u better sandbag”

He also said, “with all that yogurt you’re eating (at Fraiche) is your period regular”

I then did at MIT, The “Tom Chiang Engineer to Entrepreneur Transformation*” (#TCEET). Lol, I’m the first Chiang to say my father’s first name and not get slapped. And have Tom laugh.

It’s a great preso

*It’s on the YouTube

-7- Seth Rogin said

He said of humor: “I seek to be humorous and dramatic in my material. That way if I’m not funny, at least there was drama”

I see it like if you don’t think I’m hiLarryAss hilarious and funny. At least your startup value will double because you met me and your first seventeen steps from “Engineer to Entrepreneur Transformation” are made easier

I’ve no idea if you’ve read this far so tweet-tweeting “#LarryChiangSonar”

This is cool and has nothing to do w anything
