4- Networking is accelerated if you have a GitHub \/ StackOverflow account. <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5- Founder teams of 3 engineers don’t need a biz dev co-founder. Or worse a business development hire<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
6- Internal deliverables don’t help. Focus on external deliverables. <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
7- Mentorship. <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
8- It’s the arbitrage and the algorithm <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
9- 80-18-2 Rule. Be part of the “2”<\/div>\n
