It gets founders a decent dose of cash and access to more VCs.<\/p>\n<p>Based in Mountain View, California, it was started by Paul Graham.  Paul presented at TechCrunch Disrupt in NYC in a new and unique format.  The audience was allowed to listen in on &#8216;office hours&#8217;. These founder  interactions simulated the real office hours that Graham does with the  incubator portfolio companies.<\/p>\n<p>Its an incredible program that many of the people I mentor either  have been in, will go to or would like to get in. Hack in by having  great answers and prepare a ton.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Graham focus on these questions<br \/>\n&#8211; What problems does your startup solve?<br \/>\n&#8211; Who would pay for this?<br \/>\n&#8211; Do you have beta (early) customers?<\/p>\n<p>I  recommend answering these questions via a YouTube video.
