Hummus beef<\/p><p>You take a 16 ounce hummus open it<\/p><p>On a hot plate or stove. You warm up 12 to 20 ounces of ground beef. my favorite ground beef is 8020 from Whole Foods. 80% meat 20% fat on sale Tuesdays for 599<\/p><p>A 1 pound cheeseburger<\/p><p>In Lou of hamburger buns I use sliced Italian bread also from Whole Foods. Two slices of cheese super fast to make<\/p><p>Lamb shank in my Insta pot<\/p><p>You don\u2019t even need to sear it. Into a small Insta pot the meat I cut up five carrots. And one big red onion, optional sultan pepper. Required can of mushroom soup, optional tomato paste, optional Baileys and other spices.<\/p><p>Throw it all Lynn pressed the beef stew button<\/p><p>Expect perfectly perfect food whenever you want to eat it.<\/p><p>It\u2019s vacuum packed inside the Insta pot<\/p><p>Number four chicken quesadilla<\/p><p>All the quesadilla is is a Grille cheifs sandwich substitute bread with tortilla<\/p><p>I loaded up with olive oil, so it\u2019s all olive oilly <\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>Five. Number five<\/p><p>Vegetables. I make asparagus on the stove top. I make salad with cans of beets that I order from sprouts.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>I have cooking down where I will make food and eat food in under an hour and yes, that includes doing dishes.<\/p><p>Hey Nico Hoerner, can I come on your podcast and talk about these five recipes?
