To find a mentor of your own:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Find three people that you would like to be mentored by. Pick three people that are one or two levels above you (this can mean in business, playing tennis, nutrition, communication\u2026 don\u2019t limit yourself).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Look for advice from these people. Read their blog posts, books, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Implement the advice<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Close the loop with them<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. After you do this for a while, you can start sending them some specific questions and perhaps even ask them for a short Skype call \/ lunch.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. When you do get to talk to your mentor, don\u2019t waste their time by being unprepared. Prepare good questions (you can use the system from chapter on connecting with VIPs) and they\u2019ll be happy to keep the relationship going.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
