People doubt that I am to be mentored by Stanford University undergrads<\/p>

So in my Sunday league, baseball team, there\u2019s a guy who never played D1 college baseball let alone competitive high school baseball. He mentored me by saying use the drop step to no longer drop pop-ups in shallow left field<\/p>

You see mentorship can come in many different forms.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drop step. Then, flip the hips. To no longer drops pop ups at shortstop when they\u2019re hit into shallow left field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is my mental mindset in attempting to listen to my new mentor in better catching infield pop ups.<\/p>

✅ working on improving my foot work.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

✅ drop stepping and then flipping the hips. Then run towards your spot.<\/p>
