I believe strongly in data and transparency over anything told to me. Friends, family, people you look up to, and especially the media, should all show the facts and data. For that reason, I am editing my most recent DRS post of $GNS to say the data that I have seen on the ledger myself. I am also (personal opinion) subtracting the 50M shares for the ERL buyout because the are direct registered, but none of those shares have ever been publicly traded. So they were not “removed from the float. **I will also not be counting these in the total available-to-public-float because they never have been. The ONLY ledger I have seen, from the transfer agent on 07\/14\/2025 shows:<\/div>\n
1,356,516 in DRS <\/div>\n
73,299,241 in BOOK<\/div>\n
1.8% pulled out of the public float<\/div>\n

***There was shown to me on an excel sheet, millions of treasury shares, restricted shares, and 50M ERL shares in escrow. But none of those were on the official ledger list I saw like another company’s.***<\/div>\n

I apologize for jumping the gun with the last updated post before seeing verified data and I should have known to verify beforehand. I also apologize to Roger for posting that latest update before he could send out a press release. The 14hr time difference has had some communication issues between us but we have a whole team working on this to get quick ideas and advice implemented! <\/div>\n
