What is clear is that in an AI world many white collar desk job workers (including myself) will go from doing the work to orchestrating agents to do 10x-100x the work one used to do.<\/div>\n

To make that transition, you have to burn the boat on what you used to do and how you used to do it. To burn the boat one has to fundamentally reframe how they think about their job. That\u2019s the hard mental leap – you used to do x or y and now you\u2019re an agent orchestrator.<\/div>\n

Even though many certainly have the intellectual capacity to make the transition, many won\u2019t because they won\u2019t make the mindset shift. Worldview always drives actions – wrong worldview, wrong actions; right worldview, right actions.<\/div>\n
