To burn the boat one has to fundamentally reframe how they think about their job. That\u2019s the hard mental leap &#8211; you used to do x or y and now you\u2019re an agent orchestrator.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Even though many certainly have the intellectual capacity to make the transition, many won\u2019t because they won\u2019t make the mindset shift.
