STRC just cratered to a fresh low at $85.<\/span><\/p>\n

And no \u2014 this is <\/span>not<\/span> Bitcoin failing.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the market doing its job: correctly pricing the difference between <\/span>pristine Bitcoin<\/span> and <\/span>Bitcoin-flavored corporate paper<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let me say it plain, the way they don\u2019t teach you at business school.<\/span><\/p>\n

Michael Saylor is one of the most aggressive, effective Bitcoin accumulators on the planet. Respect. MicroStrategy sits on ~847,000 BTC. That\u2019s not luck \u2014 that\u2019s disciplined, leveraged conviction executed at scale. Hard not to admire the stack.<\/span><\/p>\n

But here\u2019s the nuance most retail investors miss when they mash the buy button:<\/span><\/p>\n

MSTR \u2260 STRC \u2260 BTC.<\/span><\/p>\n

$MSTR is leveraged Bitcoin equity. You buy it because the company keeps raising capital to buy more sats. When Bitcoin goes up, MSTR goes up <\/span>more<\/span> (with volatility attached). It\u2019s an equity rocket ship riding the Bitcoin thesis.<\/span><\/p>\n

$STRC is something else entirely. It\u2019s variable-rate perpetual preferred stock engineered for yield \u2014 currently running north of 11.5%, resetting monthly. That yield has to be <\/span>paid<\/span>. It comes from capital raises, operations, or \u2014 in leaner times \u2014 dipping into the treasury itself. It is <\/span>not<\/span> directly collateralized BTC. It\u2019s a corporate credit instrument layered on top of the Bitcoin strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

When STRC trades well below its $100 par, the market is loudly saying: \u201cWe want more juice for the risks in this capital structure and the sustainability of that dividend.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Bitcoin is digital gold. No counterparty. No dividend to maintain. No boardroom drama. Just scarce, pristine, permissionless money.<\/span><\/p>\n

STRC is a high-yield corporate wrapper built <\/span>on top<\/span> of that treasury strategy. Different instrument. Different risk. Different bet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Respect the accumulation. Salute the vision.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just don\u2019t conflate the wrappers.<\/span><\/p>\n
