Daniel shared your email with me this morning regarding your interest in partnering.  You and I met a few times before, most recently at TechCrunch Disrupt, where we discussed the Duck9\/UCMS opportunity.  I\u2019m not sure why you believed reaching out to Daniel would lead you to anyone other than me, as I mentioned I run the student business and gave you my contact information.<\/div>\n

To close the loop \u2013 I\u2019m not interested in moving forward with a Duck9\/UCMS engagement of any sort.  Capital One is extremely selective in choosing vendors and only does business with companies that have the highest ethical standards.  Based on our interactions, and after conducting due diligence, I can see that Duck9 clearly falls short of the mark.<\/div>\n

I have added you, Duck9 and UCMS to Capital One\u2019s ‘Do Not Use’ vendor list within Procurement.  I have also BCC\u2019d my extended team on this email.<\/div>\n
