Apply PQRST to every session you care about. Preview the agenda the night before. Question what you specifically need to extract (one automation script, one pricing move, one peer\u2019s number). Read\/listen once. Summarize in one sentence in your notes. Test it by telling the person next to you what you just heard and asking what they would implement first. By the second time you hear the idea (from a peer or in a breakout), you are already ahead of the room.<\/p>\n

Prioritize the high-leverage slots: the 10:30 a.m. tracks on the 28th (especially \u201cAI automation plays that actually work & survive scale\u201d and \u201cThe revenue hiding inside your MSP\u201d), the founders session, and the workshops on the 29th. After each, spend the networking break executing one micro-ask: \u201cWho else in this room has already productized this?\u201d or \u201cCan I text you the workflow I am going to test next week?\u201d Collect five such threads.
