So when it comes to guacamole… It is something I take personally

I recommend the exact opposite of a MV(G)P (minimally viable guacamole product). As entrepreneur engineers, we should be asking how do we work harder AND smarter. We as engineers have tasted ‘instant guacamole’ it sucks.

My theory about making legendary guacamole is where I add 20-25 steps to a normal 8 step guacamole recipe. For example, I caramelize onions. Chill ’em and puree ’em. I also BBQ bell peppers, de-skin and puree them before adding them to my uber yummy Guacamole dip.

The non-Entpreneurs and want-preneneurs are out there trying to do one-step, one-click, magic bullets. I love adding in a bunch of geniously creative steps. I love it not because it causes me extra work

For example, most people have an MVP frame of mind when attending a conference. People want to do as one-click-success as possible. They purchase or mooch a ticket. Show up. And hope to get ‘discovered’. I recommend you add a lot of steps including doing an MVBP (min viable blog post), https://bub.blicio.us/the-minimum-viable-blog-post/ hosting a MVP (min viable party) https://www.xconomy.com/san-francisco/2012/03/07/how-to-host-a-minimum-viable-party-at-sxsw/

Larry Chiang pays attention to detail and actively listens with his entire being.
