She wanted,\u00a0 &#8220;all three credit reports. I only received a copy from Experian. I never received a copy from Equifax or TransUnion&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sharon, it happens a lot that you do not get all three when you request ONLINE.<\/p>\n<p>Bridget M, from McLean Virginia, said part of her identity confirmation was to, &#8220;present me with the last 4 digits of a random phone number&#8221;. Unfortunately for Bridget, she has an iPhone that she stores telephone numbers in. The cell number turned out to be her sisters number.<\/p>\n<p>There is an avalanche of user complaints: &#8220;This site is just not user-friendly at all. Why give a transaction code if I can&#8217;t go back in and view it for the 30 days that it states that it&#8217;s active???
