\/1\/ Many founders falsely believe that they can hire a vp of sales. <\/span><\/div>\n

You. Must. Sell. <\/span><\/div>\n

A v.p. Of sales will<\/span><\/div>\n
a) suck at selling<\/span><\/div>\n
b) be forced to wait while the MVP is tweaked<\/span><\/div>\n
c) be stuck in meetings with the founders over internal deliverables. <\/span><\/div>\n

You must sell as the cofounders. <\/span><\/div>\n
