\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Another example is contacting FedEx. The Memphis Tennessee mindset is\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
– hide FedEx office telephone numbers<\/span><\/div>\n
– hide behind Twitter and do not read consumer complaint tweets.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Contrast this with the founder of Apple computer, Steve Jobs. His accessibility was clear. All of Palo Alto knew\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
