Mooc looks like the American slang, &#8220;mooch&#8221;. \u00a0It means ask kindly and repeatedly for something valuable to be free. Moocher is the noun form. It&#8217;s a person who mooches. Well, MOOC has a &#8220;poster child&#8221; &#8211; it&#8217;s Stanford University.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>By poster child, I mean a pic that encapsulates The Meaning and Stanford University&#8217;s knowledge activation effort. I spent a lot of time watching these videos and putting them into curated YouTube playlists ahead of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: #000000;\"><a style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23GES2016&amp;src=hash\">Global Entrpreneurship Summit 2016<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: #000000;\"><a style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23GES2016&amp;src=hash\">GES<\/a>\u00a0is June 22-24 at Stanford.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: #000000;\"><a style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23GES2016&amp;src=hash\">GES<\/a>\u00a0rotates cities. This year it&#8217;s in California. In 2010, President Obama spoke at Tressider along with Turkey&#8217;s president.
