I see problems and take a big whack at solving them. Stanford engineers are still having problems with third party distribution. Stanford engineering founders still think the incorrect way. <\/span><\/div>\n

Third party distribution is when you outsource, delegate and offload the work of selling and distribution. <\/span><\/div>\n

For example, <\/span><\/div>\n

– “we are going to wait to execute that when we hire a vp of sales”<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
– “we are going to do a partnership with HotelTonight and they’re going to distribute”<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
– “we are going to go viral. That’s our yc marketing plan.”<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
– “We are going to wait to execute ‘doing things that don’t scale<\/i><\/b>‘ because we read PaulGraham’s essay and think to think more about think and analyze our next steps.”<\/span><\/div>\n
