Isn’t it time we stopped the pattern of entrepreneur abuse and stood up to losing our company. As an engineer, you better get uber street smart about Board of Director management.<\/p>\n
Remember, muggers and rapists have mugged and raped. As a victim, you better engineer up some countermeasures. Don’t let your first startup (err Larry Chiang Mini Company Concept LCMCC), be your first. You might get raped literally and financially. I’d recommend doing your second LCMCC first.<\/p>\n
It’s like when you take ENGR 145 this winter quarter. Prepare for ENGR 145 like you took practice SAT tests. Before you took the SAT.<\/p>\n
