As I get older, it’s easier to appreciate “buy once, cry once” –get quality, and hopefully less waste.


Buy once cry once implies “I don’t wanna have to re execute the RFP process every year only-to-be-disappointed-every-18-months-when-I-fire-the-vendor”


Let me repeat. When I was an undergrad, I had to learn
