When PayPal said, “Save $5.oo on CREAM (cookies revolve everything around me), I believed PayPal.

So I spent $5 using the app and it still did not work Re “save $5, use PayPal at C.R.E.A.M.”

Emails and asking the PayPal rep (doing 5.00 cream promotions did not work. I bet the 1800 flowers offer doesn’t work either…
