I see the tree as a persons FICO credit score and the fence as a barrier to understanding the set of 1970’s laws called FCRA. 

Fair Credit Reporting Act used to keep a person from starting but if you’re a Stanford CS major “Tree”, you grow right past that metal fence meant to hold you back
