How Strong Is Your Woodie?

by Larry Chiang on January 10, 2017

By Larry Chiang
I love wood. So, I guess a tree as a logo makes me kinda like this city’s local college

Larry Chiang (@LarryChiang)
I see the tree as a persons FICO credit score (photo credit @etherington )

I see the tree as a persons FICO credit score and the fence as a barrier to understanding the set of 1970’s laws called FCRA.

Fair Credit Reporting Act used to keep a person from starting but if you’re a Stanford CS major “Tree”, you grow right past that metal fence meant to hold you back
Starting a FICO of 800 is really hard.
Starting a startup is really hard. There are a crap ton of free resources Stanford provides for both.
