I got an credit card error that was a double-bill
I only wanted one chipmunk. They billed me for two. Thus, I’m executing signature credit dispute recipe “#POBox15298″ p.o. Box 15298 is a real world post office box number in the 19850!
The intuitive and wrong way = cancel the credit card so that all charges related to the wrong merchant charge, stop. This does not work. See Mike Arrington’s post:
“Recurring Credit Card Charges Horror | #UnCrunched
Solution. Use credit protocol #poBox15298
Wilmington DE 19850
If it’s Barclay Bank, then
Protocol #poBox60517
Notice that my stamps make my USPS correspondence look like a ransom note!? Well, the merchant is legally holding your money ransom, so you gotta jailbreak your money out of credit-card-jail.
This is blogged from my iPhone 8 that Steve Jobs texted me at (two iPhone 4’s where @6502838008 texted back and forth 🙂
