problems. Stanford engineering teaches there are existing protocols via app interfacing. These steps solve problems with limited resources. Here the “app” is texting hospitality.

So me and my friend Neil Kay use Four Seasons’ car because Uber and Lyft are banned.

“You drop the pin outside the city and then call your driver with your address in the city. Call me if you have questions.”

This mimics the protocol back when airports would not allow airport pickups. You open the Uber app. Move the pin off airport. Then call the driver.
