Problem- There is a clear lack of direction as it relates to marketing activities YC founders should be involved with.

Okay… But in the Do things that don’t scale lecture, PG did not spell out anything specific to do marketing and sales wise. In fact, “Do things that don’t scale” was not even addressed until question #11 from the audience.
