When You’re Under 50% For Total Sales, Mark It “Sold Out”!?

Who’s dirtier than a used car sales person at a buy-here-pay-here used car lot on Stevens Creek Road!? The dirty sales person is named Carolyn Bird.

Right now, some single number units have actually sold but they put stickers up to imply that they’re almost sold out. I took this picture 1-09-17


This is the garage where the Madison sales office is. Quite genius to doll the garage up nice! The models are nice too. There are 3 models right around the corner.

But nothing is for sale. And also the prices are not posted until you deliver a deposit. The prices are not given to you until you send them bank statements proving sufficient funds.
I. Can’t. Make. This. Up.
She marked them sold out, no inventory to sell.
Like a concert or sketchy music event promoter, Carolyn Bird knows marking something SOLD OUT helps you sell.
But there is a backlash when you meet a sales executive that has countermeasures to dirty unethical (bordering on illiegal to take a credit app for a cash purchase in the form of an active bank account with $1-5,000,000.oo
