Win the Battles, Win the War

by Larry Chiang on June 1, 2015

Larry Chiang spoke at Harvard where Colonel Hal Moore went. Harvard Business School: “What They Don’t Teach You at Stanford Business School”. Be a Jedi in Business Administration too, by reading his mentor’s, Mark McCormack’s, “What They Don’t Teach You at Harvard Business School“. The sequel’s, sequel is Chiang’s, “What They Don’t Teach You at Stanford Business School”. Use the “technology” of hashtags. What will #HIU4U do for you?

Winning at the difficult-to-win is what entrepreneurship is. Starting up is an effort you enthusiastically take on, in the face of terrible odds.
Colonel Hal Moore did something incredibly street smart. He studied in a textbook how France lost a battle in Vietnam. Colonel Moore was so successful in the face of horrible odds that Hollywood made a movie: “We were soldiers once, and young”.
Based on the text book, Moore was able to prepare subroutines to execute. For example, mass and fortify a position at this specific riverbed.
Well, since I am an entrepreneur & a Colonel Hal Moore fan (he’s harvard but also army) and I have a history of winning battles in credit bureau disputing, I came up with this sleep-deprived at ‘south by’:

ToDo: Sorry I didn’t have enough time to hashtag it up for you
(#HIU4U).
But I did entrepreneurship #ENGR145

For
You
#HIU4U. Where some genius business play is analyzed, recorded step-by-step into subroutine (cc #PRPRPI

A genius business play is like a “signature business recipe”. For example,

– Do things that don’t scale [#dttdsBHM]
– #31envelopes
– Peter Thiel’s notes #cs183
– something you’ve heard me do: “Conference crasher to VIP” #GuaGuaGuacamole #4
-(#HIU4U Hashtag It Up For You
– PopUpInternship
#PObox105281 – its a sequence of communication with #ExpTransFax where you, in essence, write on your own Experian credit report.
– the Twitter app has a programming language called #LarryChiangSky. #HIU4U is a proponent of the effort: “Break down signature business subroutines that can be Pattern Replicated, Pattern Iterated with you’re fully ‘Pattern Recognizing'”. Pattern Recognizing, you leave to your mentor
Like Colonel Hal Moore had a mentor. You should have a mentor who breaks it all down for you.
