You see, “New Ventures Creation” seems intimidating because you are starting a company in a country you do not live in. Starting a company is hard enough when you’re a stanford student in the 94305 zip code (Stanford’s campus). So, with my really large brain and my treasure chest of cash and resources, I will share with you Singaporean people I know.
So, after New Venture Creation, I provided free cool events that are free and have no fees. An example is at SXSW, the National University of Singapore students party. The $97.oo ticket cost is refunded if and when you show up. While I provide free tickets. I do not pay for meeting rooms only to have no one show up. I do not pay for no-shows. “No shows” pay for when they do not show up. Showing up is 90%, so why not get paid to get a Silicon Valley internship.
