Gonna temp lose rapport by saying this is
“Stanford engineering class CS 183”
“#StartUp”
Be my new Amazon co community member by realizing the truth of this book: This is 2 politicians teaching entrepreneurship to engineers sans an engineering degree. Peter Thiel is a vc politician. Blake Masters is a SLS law student trying to be an Arizona senator in DC
This is the book and Peter Thiel class that launched 20 VCs teaching at 🌲 but whom studied zero existing Stanford Engineering Entrepreneurship classes. This CS 183 class has a slew of spawned classes like cs183b (Sam Altman), #cs183c [Reid Hoffman]and three cs183e classes
Because VCs took poly Sci but lecture in engineering are confusing AF
This 3-star review nails it
https://a.co/d/3w95Vyo
Other 3 star reviews need to be solved
Problem: This book is ivory tower
Problem: VCs talk about quarter baked ideas
Problem = The counterintuitive truths founders know and then execute are not stressed in this book. Peter Thiel recommends executing on the counterintuitive truths engineers know. And then distributing {#cs183d interestingly got skipped!}
Distributing the future
Distributing the counterintuitive truths your cofounders know to be true that will be executed true is HOW TO UNICORN
Distributing PayPal was a story and case study Peter Thiel and Blake Masters knowingly edited out. Trying to market, sell, distribute and promote PayPal’s predecessors “Confinity” and ‘Field-Link’ should appear in the unauthorized sequel book *prequel*
Did we just become networking contacts by building rapport
Okay there’s more
Problem: Peter Thiel never explains how He Went #ZeroToOne
Stanford Law Review.
He just took Harvard Law Review and just changed one word and plopped it into SLS. Stanford Law School
Stanford law review was Peter Thiel going $0 to $600,000
Larry chiang
Zero to One Billion was the goal of CS 183
Zero To One gets one star for “falling into the chasm” [1991 Crossing the Chasm book reference and pun intended]. The gap is
How to go from $0 to $600,000
The problem is How to go from $0 to #zeroPt6 million and then one billion dollars
How to go from $0 to One thousand Millions is to make a pit stop at $600,000. #zeroPt6 million is your basecamp
So let us be friends because I care about you and your time
Read this one star book
Then study buddy with me Zero To One
You’ll be standing at basecamp after iterating and EDITING your brain while EDITING zero to one like these other 3-star reviews. But with
– execution
– A study buddy
Best friend, guys let’s together traverse to 600k basecamp as we wade thru the bullshit of a Stanford Professor- Get your muckers on. Grab a pen, paper and a used copy of Zero To One from goodwill and let’s get rich AF men of STEM
A bit of context
Me and Peter Thiel shared a mentor, Mark McCormack- Peter Thiel took simple teachings and lawyered them up
For example Ch6 sale’s becomes in Zero To One’s ancillary content
“The Forward Deployed Engineer”
In short, tech sales
For example Palintir. Sell clients by deploying a tech sales salesman to sit on the premises and customer SERVE a prospect
So what a forward deployed engineer does is forces the sales PROSPECT to adopt the new technology by sitting near their office or inside their office or adjoining the HQ of the prospect. The potential customer experiences an #externalAPI
External API is right outta the book of Mark McCormack ripped by Peter Thiel who shows he’s a unconscious competent going from zero to one million
Stanford Law Review was an External API to Harvard – google me. And set aside your jealousy bestie. We are about to get rich and you will hate me at times but you’ll forget the bad and just keep raking in money with this book review that you print out and nail to the wall of your Engineering Dorm Room
Wall = “Treasure Map. Stepping Towards a New Destiny like Waze. Peter is Apply Maps. Larry Chiang is Waze Maps”
