Now that #AFF30 is officially over and I’m a mere hours from going back home, some initial thoughts:
1. #aff29 was WAY BETTER than #aff30. Maybe it was because of the strike, maybe because of impeding WW|||… but wowza, this years vibe wasn’t it.

If you ask me today if I’m coming next year, the answer is: unless more Brown, Black and Asian folks come and Austin Film Fest commits to supporting us by bringing people and panels about us and for us… it’s iffy. And even if I do come, a producers badge is a big fat no.
