Five meals you can make on one burner at MLB spring training

Health treasure is very very good to me.

Let’s go over nutrition because door dashing and Uber eat-ing daily is not good for you.so let us conjure up five meals that take less than five minutes to make.

Number one. Hummus beef

You take a 16 ounce hummus open it

On a hot plate or stove. You warm up 12 to 20 ounces of ground beef. my favorite ground beef is 8020 from Whole Foods. 80% meat 20% fat on sale Tuesdays for 599

A 1 pound cheeseburger

In Lou of hamburger buns I use sliced Italian bread also from Whole Foods. Two slices of cheese super fast to make

Lamb shank in my Insta pot

You don’t even need to sear it. Into a small Insta pot the meat I cut up five carrots. And one big red onion, optional sultan pepper. Required can of mushroom soup, optional tomato paste, optional Baileys and other spices.

Expect perfectly perfect food whenever you want to eat it.

Number four chicken quesadilla

All the quesadilla is is a Grille cheifs sandwich substitute bread with tortilla

I loaded up with olive oil, so it’s all olive oilly

Five. Number five

Vegetables. I make asparagus on the stove top. I make salad with cans of beets that I order from sprouts.

I have cooking down where I will make food and eat food in under an hour and yes, that includes doing dishes.
