My mentor Paul Graham, says, “do things that don’t scale, but have momentum”
#EUTWMPPM
Paul Graham famously wrote an article called do things that don’t scale
What he means by that is to bring in customers by burning a lot of time trying to bring in new customers for your start up. at first it’s going to seem like your startup will never scale. Momentum when you’re at zero customers will be zero momentum
This is why a hashtag Exists Called #EUTWMPPM
Engineer up a title wave of momentum, perpetual promotion machine
As computer science majors, I used Larry Chiang’s signature business protocol to be able to “do things that don’t scale, and later get a shit ton of momentum”. Lecture one to 20 #CS183D
