🚨The DOJ’s Complicity in the FBI’s Stonewalling of the Seth Rich Records🚨
The latest example of Pam Blondi’s failed leadership.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) is actively enabling the FBI’s continued cover-up of critical records related to Seth Rich. Despite knowing exactly what is going on, the DOJ is now refusing to compel the FBI to release the documents, effectively shielding the agency from accountability.
‼️‼️‼️Key Issues with the DOJ’s Involvement‼️‼️‼️
🚨Deliberate Stonewalling
Today, the DOJ informed attorney Ty Clevenger @Ty_Clevenger that the FBI will not release Seth Rich’s records on March 10th, 2025 as was previously expected and promised.
Instead, the DOJ is only now offering a Vaughn index, a minimal summary justifying their refusal to disclose the information. This is not just an FBI decision—it’s a DOJ-sanctioned obstruction of the Seth Rich investigation.
🚨 Willful Protection of FBI Misconduct
The FBI has a history of improperly withholding information, as seen in this very case when they concealed pages from the CrowdStrike report on the 2016 DNC hack. The DOJ is well aware of this misconduct, but is choosing to look the other way rather than enforce transparency.
🚨Judicial Defiance
The FBI’s refusal to produce the full records could face legal pushback, yet the DOJ, which is supposed to uphold the law, is actively letting it happen. Their unwillingness to intervene suggests they are complicit in keeping the truth buried. Pam Blondi is dropping the ball. @AGPamBondi
🚨Institutionalized Corruption
The DOJ’s failure to force the @FBI into compliance is not just negligence—it’s a sign of a deeply corrupt system where bureaucrats protect each other rather than serve the public. The DOJ could step in and demand transparency, but instead, they are reinforcing the FBI’s ability to withhold critical evidence.
🚨Political Implications
This will not go unnoticed. Figures like Kash Patel and Pam Bondi are aware of the situation, and the DOJ’s role in covering for the FBI could lead to long-overdue consequences.
At this point, it is clear that the DOJ is not an innocent bystander—it is an active participant in suppressing the truth. If the agency was truly committed to justice, it would force the FBI to release the records instead of allowing this endless delay. The fact that they aren’t doing so only raises more questions about what they are trying to hide.
