Does anyone have a really cool house, or awesome event venue in Austin?

I have $7,500 that’s burning a hole in my pocket.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

1️⃣ A truly unique place

2️⃣ October 26th, and 27th

3️⃣ 6pm-midnight on both days

4️⃣ Must be able to fit 150 people

5️⃣ Would like indoor + outdoor options

And to add a little bit more zest to my request…..🍋

If the event rocks, I’d like to do the same thing in November as well!
