NEW: a whistleblower at Capital One exposes Indian H-1B fraud and abuse.

According to the whistleblower, Capital One’s Financial Services vertical (which deals with auto loans, car dealers etc.) is managed by an Indian, Sanjiv Yajnik. Financial Services is headquartered in Plano, Texas and according to the whistleblower, over half the employees there are Indian H-1Bs with a smaller number of Chinese nationals. Capital One also operates “India Data Labs,” a massive building full of Indian “slaves” on H-1Bs.

As the whistleblower states, if you’re an American working at Capital One’s Plano facility, “you’re likely one of two or three actual Americans in a meeting with 15 Indians.” They also staff teams with “Data Labs” Indians, so you’re forced to take calls at 7am or 8pm to synchronize with staffers in India. On top of this, he’s seen Indian staffers at the Plano facility washing themselves in sinks.

Starting in 2022, Capital One implemented “stack-ranking” (which I’ve written about before) using an extremely aggressive Amazon-esque performance rating system. This has resulted in people getting fired every six months for supposed “poor performance,” which has led to Capital One’s American workforce being steadily replaced with Indian H-1Bs. Given that we know from other whistleblowers that Indians abuse “stack-ranking” in other corporations to get their non-Indian colleagues fired, it’s likely this is intentional.

No more H-1Bs. No more Indians. They are abusing and scamming every system we give them access to.
