Larry Chiang’s 5th book, WTDTYASBS, launched at a Harvard Law School keynote, so he knows about grand openings (He even attends and promotes the ones he isn’t invited to also). As CEO of Duck9, he leads an army to help college student consumers get a FICO over 770. Post H.L.S. keynote, Harvard Business wrote: “What They Don’t Teach You at Stanford Business School” (his latest Harbus post: “Setting an intention for SXSWi”.
When you do it right, women yell at other women for now warmly welcoming your open.
Last night I witnessed this twice. Larry approached many groups of women throughout the night. In two of these groups, one of the girls Larry opened was a bit rude to Larry.
In scenarios like this, you can say something like “Wow, I came over because I thought you all were going to be fun. I guess I was wrong” and walking away.
In both scenarios where someone was rude to Larry, a friend of the girl who was rude pulled that girl aside and was like “Hey, you shouldn’t be so harsh — he was just trying to say hi”
In one of the cases, the girl who was rude was acting like a bachelorette party bodyguard and said something along the lines of “We’re good. We’re good here. We’re good.” while motioning her hands to wave away from the group like she was shoo-ing Larry.
Seeing this happen, one of us guys walks over the to rude girl’s friend and says “You’re friends being kind of a cunt. You should help her out here”
When this was accomplished, the entire dynamic of the bachelorette party changed. All of the ladies started to open up and looks 10x more receptive to being approached.
Why was this? Doesn’t this seem a bit counterintuitive?
Well, the reason this worked out the way it did, is because Feminism is on full decline. Women who have been fed the Feminist narrative to treat men like garbage for doing masculine activities are starting to be corrected by those who are realizing that the Feminist narrative has never benefited them.
Feminism is on full decline. What degree of truth are you on?
