When you use the internet to steal social security numbers, the FBI does not leave America. When those hacked social security numbers are sold to people outside of America, the FBI has no “jurisdiction”. 
So, leverage this truth: Use American post office boxes on American soil. 
No thief wants to risk flying to America to break into one post office box for one social security number. Yes, I’m the new Confucius. Welcome to an American, America where we do American things with our American monopoly FICO score.
