I would not consider that for even 5 seconds. Essentially a 10% annuity on an underlying asset who had had and will likely have a much higher CAGR.
People who do not believe in Bitcoin might do this.
I predict predatory offers like this will proliferate in the chest few years to get people to part with their Bitcoin stacks.
