Getting fired stinks!
Getting fired and losing two years worth of wages stinks a lot. Getting fired from your own startup is just that: Losing your job and ALSO losing two years, or four, of wages.
[Oh did they let you keep what you vested? well there will probably be a recapitalization, later; ie, you lose of your vest ;-]
