Breathing is the #1 Way to Mastering Kettlebell Training 🫁
Breathing is the single most important performance parameter in kettlebell training.
I’ve covered some basic breathing techniques in some of my other videos…
But I realized that I didn’t explain why it’s so important.
1️⃣ The first reason is that breathing will increase your lifting power.
This is because proper breathing will create internal pressure
This will stabilize the core and allow you to lift more weight safely and effectively.
2️⃣Proper breathing also enhances endurance.
Controlled breathing helps you manage oxygen levels which will reduce fatigue.
3️⃣It also improves your focus and coordination.
Deep rhythmic breathing keeps you mentally centered.
This allows for better control and coordination of your movements.
4️⃣And finally, good breathing reduces your risk of injury.
Proper breathing stabilizes your muscles, supports the joints and minimizes the risk of strains.
5️⃣As well, breathing promotes recovery.
If you forget everything else I said, remember this:
✅Breathing is the healing feeling.
Focused breathing can help you to control your heart rate and can be used outside of kettlebell training to relieve your chronic pain.
