“Personal finance startups would do well to analyze this Waze app”

by Larry Chiang on January 24, 2016

By Larry Chiang
Duck9 helps students with blank credit report slates.

Waze is a navigation app.

Elliot Loh (@Loh)
Testing @waze for the first time in heavy traffic. Personal finance startups would do well to analyze this app.

The need for people who have damaged ExpTransFax reports is real. Navigating back (Waze pun intended) from detrimental Experian TransUnion and Equifax occurances is a real issue.  [Think getting navigated from FICO nil to FICO 800 via ‘deep underground credit knowledge via subroutines’.

@6502838008 1) @waze poured on the magic sauce & made normally-boring traffic fun; 2) social but non-creepy; 3) realtime feeling of progress
