– Customers may prefer an AI BDR (vs a real human). AI is always avail and can blend sales + support
– B/c of the convergence of sales + support, may reduce overall vendors as AI can handle both
– Growing # of AI sales rep tools but unclear if they are translating to efficiency gains
– Showing-up in-person, yields a 30% contract revenue uplift (amazing!)
